From 17 to 21 November 2025, actions and communications highlighted the inclusion of employees with disabilities across Europe.
On this occasion, Maïsadour brought together its local partners: Cap Emploi, FMS INCLUSIVE INTERIM – FMS2i, Adapei des Landes and its internal teams at a forum dedicated to the integration and retention of people with disabilities in employment. The aim of this exchange was to share our practices, better understand needs and strengthen our cooperation.
Throughout the week, our employees were also able to:
– take part in the HandiPoursuite Challenge organised by Agefiph, a fun quiz to improve understanding of disability;
– participate in on-site activities to gain a more concrete understanding of certain disability situations;
– hear testimonials from employees about their integration and support within the Group.
Beyond this week, our commitment is ongoing: DuoDay, ‘1 day, 1 job’, awareness workshops, workplace adaptations, initiatives carried out with Agefiph, MSA – Mutualité Sociale Agricole, and the mobilisation of our dedicated working group.
This SEEPH was a wonderful opportunity to communicate, exchange ideas, learn and be inspired. Maïsadour firmly believes that making businesses more inclusive is both a tremendous opportunity and a strong social responsibility. Let’s all get involved!
