MAÏSADOUR is an agricultural cooperative registered with the RCS of MONT DE MARSAN under the number 782 092 290, holder of the approval no. 11967, which headquarters is located on Route de Saint-Sever – 40280 – HAUT-MAUCO.

In order to optimize relations with its various partners and users of the websites, MAÏSADOUR has chosen to organize itself through a group of companies, each dedicated to a specific activity.

This is why the Company and its affiliates may be required to regroup the data necessary to carry out their tasks with their users. Thus, each of them can be in possession of data collected by one of them. MAÏSADOUR is strongly committed to the respect, by all its subsidiaries, of the rules set out in this Privacy Policy.

We may change this policy at some point, in order to reflect our practices and changes or to ensure the compliance with regulations. The update date of our policy is available by simple request at the address mentioned at the end of this document.

2. Personal date we are collecting

The Company collects the data required to fulfill its mission. Thus, its users are requested to share:

    The Company collects and processes data provided by the users in the context of its interactions with them and through the products and services offered.

The processing of personal data is carried out as part of the activities of the Company and its subsidiaries. The data is collected in order to offer you services adapted to your needs, provide you the requested products or services or manage our activity. In particular, we use the data for

The Company makes everything possible to secure your data. We protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. We also ensure that subcontractors acting on our behalf, have the same level of requirements about the safety of your data.

In accordance with the Data Protection and Freedom Act of the 6th of January 1978 and with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th of April 2016, all natural persons have the right to exercise their access rights, rectification, opposition and erasure to the processing of its data and portability since the 25th of May 2018.
