THE COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE

picto_gouvernance

The cooperative governance is a corporate model founded by and for the farmers.

Maïsadour is managed by and for the farmers

Our Cooperative is created by farmers to ensure a common management of the use of production, packaging, storing and marketing tools or the process of products from their farms and also their supply of fertilizers and other inputs.

The generated profits are used to finance development projects and ensure the sustainability of our Cooperative. Thus, they are redistributed to the members and employees.

Nos agriculteurs adhérents sont aussi :

Our shareholders, who hold the share capital and elect their representatives according to the principle “one man, one vote”
Our suppliers, who bring their productions to the Cooperative
Our customers, because the Cooperative sells them the products and services needed for their productions.

The bureau of the board of directors

The bureau of the board studies various cases that will be presented and voted on by the Board of Directors. On a day-to-day basis, our governance model relies on pairs of directors and administrators of activities for a more effective operational management of each of the business lines.

Board of directors

Made of 21 farmers and non-cooperative partners elected by their peers, the Board of Directors is the essential decision-making body of the Cooperative and the Group. It is responsible for the management of the Cooperative, for which it validates its strategic orientations.
