This 2025 edition was all about innovation, sharing and conviviality. Throughout the day, participants were able to discover 5 technical workshops led with passion and expertise by the Inovitis teams.
The sustained attention, the many questions asked and the rich exchanges confirmed the relevance of the themes addressed :
1/ Testing the efficacy of anti-mildew molecules: a comprehensive review of the solutions available on the market, based on trials carried out at Cabara;
2/ Dose modulation at the start of the programme: a reasoned approach to optimise inputs from the very first applications and secure protection;
3/ Setting up weed-killing equipment: a practical workshop to improve the precision of weed-killing operations. A real maths lesson, with a reminder of the formulas for adjusting sprayers;
4/ Protective nets against climatic hazards: an increasingly strategic solution in the face of extreme events ;
5/ Digital tools to protect vineyards and people.
Not forgetting a demonstration with the VORTEX mixer.
These workshops are fully in line with the Vititech initiative, a call for projects launched by the New Aquitaine Region and of which Maïsadour is the 2024-2025 winner, aimed at encouraging the adoption of digital tools to significantly reduce the use of plant protection products (PPC). This is an ambition shared by all the participants, who are convinced that innovation is an essential lever for high-performance, responsible winegrowing.
