International Women's Rights Day, celebrated every year on March 8, is an opportunity to highlight the importance of gender equality. For Maïsadour, it's more than just a day: it's a constant commitment to concrete action to promote a fairer, more balanced working environment throughout the year.

Commitments to a more balanced working environment

On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, Maïsadour reaffirms its commitment to gender equality with concrete objectives:

Achieve a score of at least 95/100 on the gender equality index by 2030. In 2023, the score was 87.5.

Promote greater diversity in recruitment. The Group ensures that at least one woman is among the shortlisted candidates for external recruitment to guarantee better representation within teams.

Dare to negotiate: an inspiring conference on professional equality

To mark the occasion, Maïsadour invited its employees to a conference. Over 200 people (men and women) attended. This shows the strong interest in this theme and underlines the importance of daring to take one’s place in the professional world.

Moderated by Anne-Sophie Vieira, Maïsadour Group Communications Director, this exchange addressed key topics such as salary negotiation, career development and speaking out in the workplace. A moment rich in exchanges and practical advice to better prepare for these daily challenges!
