Commitments to a more balanced working environment
On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, Maïsadour reaffirms its commitment to gender equality with concrete objectives:
✅ Achieve a score of at least 95/100 on the gender equality index by 2030. In 2023, the score was 87.5.
✅ Promote greater diversity in recruitment. The Group ensures that at least one woman is among the shortlisted candidates for external recruitment to guarantee better representation within teams.
Dare to negotiate: an inspiring conference on professional equality
To mark the occasion, Maïsadour invited its employees to a conference. Over 200 people (men and women) attended. This shows the strong interest in this theme and underlines the importance of daring to take one’s place in the professional world.
