Fermiers du Sud-Ouest : a successful festive season thanks to exceptional poultry!

Poultry is a gastronomic star and France’s favourite meat. This winter, thanks to Les Fermiers du Sud-Ouest, you’ll find Label Rouge poultry: poularde, capon, as well as the traditional Christmas turkey and farmhouse guinea fowl. There’s a festive meal to suit every taste!

Whatever your choice, the recipe for success is the same: select festive poultry from the Landes region, reared in the open air in our terroirs, fed on local cereals and matured with dairy products.
