This appointment builds on a career spanning nearly twenty years with the Cooperative. Stéphane Gautier joined Maïsadour in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer of the Agricultural Division, before assuming the role of Group Chief Financial Officer in 2013.
His in-depth knowledge of the Group, its business lines, and its partners, as well as his expertise in the challenges facing the agricultural sector, naturally guided the Board of Directors’ decision.
Drawing on his previous experience with a Breton agricultural cooperative union, a family-owned agri-food company, and later the international Alcatel-Lucent group, Stéphane Gautier has developed a deep understanding of a wide range of operational models. This diverse range of experience, combined with a deep understanding of Maïsadour’s business lines and challenges, is a valuable asset in guiding the cooperative through this new phase of its development.
Stéphane Gautier thus succeeds Christophe Bonno, who had served as CEO since October 2021.

This appointment is part of Maïsadour’s commitment to strengthening its ability to lead the transformations necessary for the Group’s future, while maintaining high financial standards.
Maxime Choquet’s career path embodies precisely these two dimensions. Before joining Maïsadour, he spent twelve years at Ernst & Young, where he developed this dual expertise, first working in audit and then in corporate consulting for companies’ transformation projects.
Since joining Maïsadour in 2020 as Director of Financial Control, he has helped strengthen the Group’s financial management. Maxime Choquet has also led several key initiatives for the organization, including the ongoing merger with Euralis, the consolidation of accounting functions, and the development of the poultry division.
In particular, he will lead transformation initiatives in collaboration with operational teams. Beyond an advisory role, he will be an active participant in decision-making and committed to their implementation.
A graduate of the École Supérieure d’Agriculture de Purpan with a degree in engineering and a master’s degree in Business Management from the IAE in Toulouse, Grégory Moulis has more than twenty years of experience in crop production, agricultural supplies, and the development of agricultural cooperatives in southwestern France.
After gaining experience in the agricultural sector, he joined Maïsadour in 2009, working in the Grain Marketing department from 2009 to 2013. He then went on to hold several strategic management positions. He served as Head of Grains for the Vivadour Group from 2013 to 2018, and then for Saga Bouet from 2018 to 2020. He subsequently joined Lur Berri, where he took charge of the Procurement and Collection Department and became a member of the Executive Committee.
Building on this solid operational and managerial experience, he joined the Maïsadour Group’s Agricultural Division in 2024 to take charge of crop production.
This appointment is a natural progression in a career marked by a deep understanding of the crop sectors, a strong cooperative culture, and a strategic vision for agricultural development.
A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie de Rennes, with a specialization in aquaculture, Pascal Azam began his professional career in fish farming (trout, salmon, turbot) at a service firm that has since become ADM, before turning his attention to poultry nutrition. For nine years, he traveled throughout France as a poultry nutritionist, advising feed manufacturers at partner cooperatives.
In January 2001, Pascal Azam joined Maïsadour as Technical Director for Poultry and Waterfowl within the Animal Production division in Saint-Sever. There, he developed in-depth knowledge of quality certification programs (Label Rouge, IGP) and became actively involved in departmental, regional, and national industry organizations.
Six years later, he took over as head of Maïsadour’s animal production division (Coopérative, Canadour-Coqadour, and Provif), a move that introduced him to the world of corporate financial management, a field to which he immediately felt drawn. In 2018, he entered the animal nutrition sector as Sales Director at Sud-Ouest Aliment (SOAL). Six months later, he took over as head of the Animal Nutrition Division (SOAL and its subsidiaries) until last July, when he became Director of Maïsadour’s Animal Division and a member of the Maïsadour Group’s Executive Committee.
